Both qualifications listed below are beneficial for trainers, assessors, facilitators, human resource staff, managers, supervisors, team leaders, consultants and individuals who are working in or looking to enter the vocational education and training sector.
The duration of these programs is 14 days. However, the units can be packaged into short course logical groupings to spread the qualification over a period of weeks or months, convenient to client requirements. At the conclusion of each group, learners will receive a Statement of Attainment outlining the units they have achieved competence in.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) is the endorsed qualification that is essential for those who are responsible for presenting and assessing training to meet identified competency requirements in the workplace.
This qualification can be packaged into 3 clusters using practical applications. These are:
- Delivery & Facilitation Program
- Assessor Program
- Learning Environment Program
The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) Comprises 14 units of competency - 12 core and 2 electives.

MASTERY OF WORKPLACE TRAINING
The Diploma of Training and Assessment (TAA50104) specifies the competencies required to engage in advanced training and assessment practice which may also include competence in one or more of the following areas: development of training products, provision of training advisory and consultancy services and leadership and co-ordination of training and assessment services.
Entrants to the Diploma must have the core units of the TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or be able to demonstrate equivalent competence.
